By purchasing products from OzHead Pty Ltd (ABN 9412 214 2474) ("OzHead"), the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Limitation of Liability: The Customer shall indemnify OzHead against any loss of or damage to property. OzHead shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services, even if OzHead has been advised of their possibility.

 Refunds: OzHead will gladly refund or credit goods returned within 14 days from the date of purchasde provided the goods are in original condition, complete with all original packaging and undamaged. If the return is accepted by OzHead Pty Ltd, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply at the discretion of OzHead. The customer shall be responsible for the safe packing and return postage of all good, via registered post. The customer bears full responsibility for arranging applicable insurances on returned goods. All good sold by OzHead are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship, subject to the applicable Governing Law. During the guarantee period goods may be returned to OzHead for replacement or repair . Guarantee does not cover any misuse of the product by the customer, accidental damage, consumables such as batteries or lotions, or where the product usage instructions have not been followed.

Shipping OzHead will only provide shipping via Registered Australia Post or courier service. Your shipping is calculated automatically based on the Postcode of the shipping address in Australia. For shipments to New Zealand a flat rate of $29.95 is charged. To the UK a flat charge of $59.95 is charged. All shipments made within Australia are combined with one shipping price (you only pay once for shipping) up to 5 items. If you exceed 5 items in the checkout we will contact you with an excess shipping rate based on the country, in addition to the checkout shipping rate. Within Australia TNT shipping is via Overnight First Class service. Deliver time is expeted between 1 and 5 working days depending on your location. For international deliveries, shipping is provided by TNT Economy Express. Please enquire if you require insurance for your shipping. Please be aware that your shipment will require your signature on arrival.

OzHead STRICTLY will not ship to PO Boxes. The shipping address must be the same as your credit card address.

Security: OzHead checkout is protected by 128 bit SSL encryption and protected by the EWAY secure payment gateway.

Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by OzHead then OzHead shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then OzHead will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

Incorrect Bank Account Number: Where OzHead gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by OzHead, then OzHead will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.

Mailing Cash: OzHead does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, OzHead accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.

GST: For Australia delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive and are expressed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
