Aussie Hair Straightener Company Launches Unprecedented 3 Year Warranty Scheme for Both
New and Existing Customers
Sydney, November 13, 2008 – The Australian hair straightener company, OzHead, today announced that it is extending the warranty period on its ThinkPink hair straighteners from 18 Months to 3 Years. In what it believes is an Industry first, OzHead is also extending the warranty period for the benefit of every single one of its Australian customers.
“Our customers are very loyal to our brand and we want to look after them.” Said Dalma Hutchinson, founder of OzHead. “We are extremely happy with the performance and reliability of our ThinkPink straightener and I believe all of our customers, new and old, should benefit.” She added “As far as we know this is the first time Australian consumers are being given a retroactive extension of a warranty on this kind of product.”
“The warranty we offer is also pretty special, because when an OzHead customer returns a straightener with a fault caused through normal use, we replace it with a brand new unit within 7 days.” She added. “When you spend $200 on a product, not only should it last, but the customer should also get exceptional customer service if something goes wrong.”
